Private Hire

1. Children are permitted on-site until 8pm. We do not permit 18th birthday parties.
2. Anybody who looks under the age of 21 will be asked for ID.
3. Deposits/room hire fee must be paid to secure your booking, this will also act as agreement to the minimum spend requirements. We are unable to hold dates.
4. If you do not meet the agreed minimum spend, the difference must be paid
at the end of your event.
5. Deposits/hire fees are non-refundable.
6. In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to keep the room hire fee.
7. Exclusive hire does not include the decking & garden areas, we reserve the right to sit and serve guests in these areas. (guests are still permitted to sit outside)
8. Decorations such as balloons & banners are permitted, however no confetti is allowed. This must be removed and off the premises no later than 11.30am the next day.
9. Entertainment is only available for exclusive hire only
10. We are not responsible for items/possessions brought on to the premises.
11. Last orders is 11pm, we kindly ask that guests vacate the premises no later than 12am.
12. Buffets and/or drinks packages must be preordered & paid no later than 2 weeks before the date of your event.
13. Please note, we’re unable to offer exclusive private hire from 1st May until 1st September 2024

Mother’s Day & Easter Set menus T&Cs

Our set menu is bookable only, we will not be running any other menu
A £10pp deposit is required.
Deposits are non refundable if a cancellation within 5 days prior to your booking.
Tables with 2-4 guests are permitted 1.5 hours, tables of guests of 6 & above are permitted 2 hours.
Preorders are required on all tables of 8 and above
